3. How this Application uses Trackers
Strictly Necessary Trackers (no consent required)
This Application uses so-called "technical" Cookies and other similar Trackers to carry out activities that are strictly necessary for the operation or delivery of the Service, in particular related to authentication and database management systems (Supabase).
- sb-access-token & sb-refresh-token: Authentication session tracking to keep access active securely. Duration: ongoing session. Service provided by: Supabase, Inc.
Anonymous Analytics (no consent required)
Actem collects anonymous usage events via PostHog even without consent. In this mode no cookies or persistent data are written to the device: information exists only in memory for the duration of the session and cannot be used to identify or track the User over time. The legal basis is the Owner's legitimate interest in improving the Service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Behavioral Analytics (consent required)
With the User's explicit consent, this Application uses the following behavioral analytics tools:
- Microsoft Clarity — Behavioral analytics service provided by Microsoft Corporation (USA). Records user sessions, mouse movements, clicks, and heatmaps to help the Owner understand how the Application is used. Data collected by Clarity may be transferred to the United States; Microsoft ensures compliance through Standard Contractual Clauses. Data processed: usage data, mouse movements, session recordings. Cookie duration: up to 1 year. Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- PostHog (persistent mode) — Upon consent, PostHog switches to persistent mode and stores an anonymous identifier in localStorage to link events across sessions. The provider is PostHog, Inc. with servers in the European Union (eu.i.posthog.com). Data processed: anonymous aggregated usage events, session identifier. PostHog Privacy Policy.
These tools are loaded only after the User has accepted via the banner displayed on the page. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by clearing site data in the browser.
4. How to manage preferences and provide or withdraw consent
The User can always choose to disable the use of cookies or clear the cache through their web browser preferences to prevent storage, but this may compromise the proper functioning and security of the login session.
